For transformation to be effective and lasting, consistency is key. Here’s a practical plan to structure your exercises over 7 days, with daily suggestions and tips for tracking your progress:

Day 1: Understand Your Current Mindset and Set Your Intentions

  • Take a brief inventory of negative or limiting thoughts that arise before starting tasks.
  • Write down your main goals and desired changes for your mindset.
Tip: Use a journal or app to track your progress and questions.

Day 2: Start Eliminating “I Can’t”

  • Before tackling any challenge, recite your three positive affirmations firmly in front of the mirror.
  • Note how you feel before and after.

Day 3: Build Your Positive Inner Dialogue

  • Create three new affirmations that reflect your progress.
  • Write why they are true and how they positively affect you.

Day 4: Powerful Visualization

  • Dedicate 5 minutes to deep visualization of your success.
  • Include sensory details and real emotions in your practice.

Day 5: Learn to Separate Failure from Self-Worth

Important Note: Conscious Will is Required to Initiate Movement

Without consciously giving the order, your brain does not move. Just think about moving your hand. No matter how much you think about moving your hand, if you do not send the direct instructions to your brain to activate your muscles, your hand won’t move. This proves that your mind is not the source of the initiation of movement, and if you do not give that additional direct instruction from your consciousness, nothing will happen.
